Board Meeting Minutes
Things are looking up. Hallelujah !
Superior AM has already proven to be vastly better than the 2 rubbish outfits we have employed previously to manage our community.
Word has it that you can soon look forward to board meeting minutes to start appearing on the association website.
Meeting Agenda and Minutes from the board meeting held 06/23 are here (For registered members only)
Obvious benefits :-
1. Communication improves.
2. Residents are kept informed of important decisions made by the officials you have elected to run your company.
3. You don't have to irritate board members by actually attending said board meetings.
4. Residents can provide guidance/criticism and feedback based on the contents of the minutes.

Nice to see the minutes posted and it appears that we as a community are working hard to improve things for all of us.
I commend the board and the new management company for taking the steps to improving the communication to residents and hope that it continues.

Yup. sorry.
Permissions for Committee Members to access uploads were all wonky - fixed now though.
The settings are there to prevent unregistered guests (people outside LM) from accessing. You should be able to access the newsletter goodness now (and upload anything too !)
