The point is really this entire thread is that it is my invention - where it really should have been coming from the management company. I do it only because I am interested, and think residents who want to know should know. Well, and trying to figure out the P&L gives me something to do when the kids are asleep - tv is so crap these days
Noone can fault our awesome board on the job they are doing - if only more of us (those of us who are interested that is) were kept better informed.
